What We Do
Our Mission
The purpose of the Foundation is to:
- further the improvement of patient services in the catchment area of the Chase & District Health Centre and other health care facilities in its area through providing support for development, equipment, education and research; and
- operate as a fundraising vehicle through community and regional appeals for funds by receiving legacies, donations, gifts, bequests and endowments from all sources, including, without limiting the foregoing, those from other charitable foundations and charitable organizations.
Our Accomplishments
We provide workshops, community events, funds for equipment and assistance in identifying community needs.
